registered users can experience the full functionality of Zust Sign by
choosing the relevant pricing plans. We aim to make a space where digital
records of employees are maintained for credible exchange of information as
well as a place where hiring, re-hiring, compliance adherence and document
exchange among all stakeholders is done seamlessly.
Our Privacy Policy sets out details of the personal information we collect from our users, what we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Along with it we give you details on who accesses or uses our website or services that link to this Privacy Policy. This page is used to inform Zust Sign users regarding our policy with the collection, use, and disclosure of the Personal Information if anyone decided to use our service.

For a better experience, while using our services, we require you to provide
us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not
limited to Name, age, DOB, Phone number, Email id, educational
qualifications, employment details and related details. The personal
information that we request will be retained by us and shall be used as

We collect information about the device, it’s usage information, and transactional data. We collect personal information about how you use our services and the computers or other devices, such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, you use to access our services. Some examples include: IP address
Geolocation information that you allow our website to access (generally from your mobile device)

Device and Location
- When you visit or leave our site/app (including our plugins or cookies or
similar technology on the sites of others), we receive the URL of both the
site you came from and the one you go to next. We also get information about

device identifier and features, and/or ISP or your mobile carrier. If you
use our site/app from a mobile device, that device will send us data about

Data Retention

agreements, and then we securely delete the information. Personal

your Personal Information where such retention is necessary for compliance
with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your
vital interests or the vital interests of another user.
We provide many options about the collection, use and sharing of your data, from deleting or correcting data you include in your Profile and controlling the visibility of your posts to advertising opt-outs and communication controls. We also offer access to the personal data we have about you. -
Account Closure

If you choose to close your zust sign account, your personal data will stop
being visible to others on our site and services generally within 24 hours.
We delete closed account information within 30 days of account closure.
When you delete your account, we delete your profile information and any other content you provide in your profile such as your name, username, password, email address, and profile photos and depending on the category of user you are (i.e., teacher, admin, parent or student) information collected through the mobile permissions you’ve granted. Information that you have shared with others, others have shared about you, or content other users may have copied and stored, is not part of your account and may not be deleted when you delete your account on zust sign. Even if your account is deleted, messages sent between teachers and parents are retained to assist schools with various recordkeeping or compliance obligations. This includes any content uploaded, including photos and videos between parents and teachers.
Please note that we may have to retain some information provided by you after your account is closed, to comply with legal obligations, to protect the safety and security of our community or our service, or to prevent abuse of our Terms. -
Children’s Privacy
- Zust Sign does not directly address anyone under the age of 13. We do not
knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under
13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with
personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you
are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us
with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take
necessary actions.
